Fun Christmas Craft Idea

i love this idea from marthastewart.com. it is an easy way to make "gingerbread" houses. they are actually made from graham crackers. if i had kids, i think this would be such a fun project. we considered having a christmas party this year and i wanted to make these as table decorations... we didn't have the party though. i am stashing this idea away for another year!
