You should ask my mom about the neck thing..I recall us having a salt shaker that had cornstarch in it. We would use it on the boy's chubby little creases to keep them from getting heat rash, I think? Perhaps I dreamed this all up?! I just remember something along those lines. :)
I have put unscented baby powder under there, but it gets all cakey. It's just so hard to even get under all those rolls! :o)

Shawna's right, I did put pure cornstarch on fannies, then they came out with baby powder with cornstarch and i used that for creases i.e. fat rolls!
