I was so excited about my Walgreens deals this week, that I just had to share! Total cost before coupons $83.46... After coupons $16.30! What's sad is that this should have been FREE because I had money on my WG card from previous rebates, but the card wouldn't work. The manager at WG had already been SO helpful in letting me substitute some of the items that were out of stock, so I was not about to tell her to void the transaction just because my WG card wouldn't work. So, I forked out the cash... Oh, well. I still have the money on my card (they messed up and are sending me a new card). PLUS I get $6.18 back in rebates from this stuff I purchased today. Woohoo!!! I have been so disappointed with the deals at WG lately, but this makes me happy again.

Notice all the Magic Erasers? You think I'm prepared for when Sophie colors on the walls?
In other news: Sophie went to the doctor today. They stabbed her with needles and I'm pretty sure I heard her say "Mom, this is why we hate you." (Totally an inside joke...) Anyway, El Chubbo is 15lbs and 26" long! I knew she was getting heavy and outgrowing EVERYTHING. Today she has on a pair of Layla's 12-18 month shorts... had to leave them unbuttoned. *sigh* I'm glad it's getting warmer so she can just go naked.

Loved that Walgreens deal too! I haven't been shopping there much recently, but this week they won me over.

Magic erasers are good for more than just removing crayon, paint and sharpie marks...they also erase all those little sticky fingerprints that seem to end up all over everything! She could be doing that in a couple months or so, when she starts exploring! If you have flat paint, beware because then it just takes off the paint. Thus, I have left the fingerprints all over the walls. I figure they work like a growth chart, which I was too lazy to purchase! :o)
so glad i taught you how to use coupons and do all this bargain shopping!lol...
