To all who wonder why there's a hammer...You whack the fish on the head before you start to filet it. Being whacked on the head is better than being skinned alive.
Oh, yes. The days of "hammer-head" fish. Dad always used to have to wack the catfish numerous times. Those suckers just don't give up.Has Josh experienced being fileted alive to know that it's better than being wacked unconscious with a hammer?
No, but I've peeled off a really tight pair of pants while I had a bad sunburn (it's a long story). If someone had been punching me in the head while I did this, it might have helped. I don't know.
